How does the booking process work?
Getting started is simple! After sending your form above, we'll schedule a meet & greet. Once everyone is comfortable, we'll finalize your care plan and schedule your visits through our secure portal.
Can I book more time or add more pets to drop ins?
Need a longer visit or extra pets? One-hour sessions are available for an additional $10, and each extra pet is just $7 more per visit. (same rates apply for walks).
What are your payment terms and cancellation?
To secure your dates, we require a 50% deposit upfront at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due one day following the completion of service. We currently accept payments through Venmo.
For cancellation, if cancelling within 14 days or more of your service your deposit will go toward a service within 6 months of your initial booking date dependent on availability. If cancelling less than 14 days before your service your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued if services have already begun.
Can I book recurring visits?
Yes! Golden Whiskers is happy to accept weekly recurring visits. When we schedule your meet and greet, we’ll review your pet’s needs and confirm the exact recurring schedule together. Discount offered on package plan!
Do you offer services during holidays?
Holiday rates apply to all services. Drop-in visits and dog walks are an additional $5 per visit on holidays, and overnight stays include a $15 holiday surcharge per night.
